First comes side 2 of the vinyl (tracks 1 through 5 of the CD, inclusive, with track 5 featuring two tracks from the original release), followed by side 1 of the vinyl—tracks 6 through 9 (track 9 also features two tracks instead of one). The error is not only in the track placement, but also in their titles. Please note what I've outlined above. Let's hope the album is reissued someday with the correct track order, matching the original. For now, we'll make do with what we have
