RELEASE NOTES..: I cannot believe this day has finally arrived; the best sitcom of all time released on UHD Blu-ray, in glorious quality, without being compromised by DNR, AI, or bad compression. I initially wanted to generate Dolby Vision for every single episode manually in Resolve, but after completing Season 1, I realized, a) it would take forever and b) although the Netflix RPUs weren't valid to inject on their own (different framing/grade, sorry TRiToN!), 99% of the scene cuts lined up perfectly, so I just fed those frame numbers into Dolby's official cm_analyze tool, set correct MDL, and let 'er rip! Only issue in remux that I noticed was a strange ~20-25sec of black screen/test logo video tacked on after the Castle Rock logo, only found on episodes for the latter half of Season 04, which I fixed up. For all the true Sein-fanatics out there, I have not only followed the logical Blu-ray/DVD/production episode order (match accordingly, if you're a Plex server admin!), but also included ALL bonus material and extras ever released on home media: the complete roundtable with the cast, (2) remastered alternative episode versions from the UHD Blu-ray boxset and everything else from the original DVDs, including featurettes, easter eggs, photo galleries, as well as inside looks, bloopers, and deleted scenes; the MPEG-2 DVD video was superior to the glitchy, upscaled encodes on the UHD discs. All extras are organized and named for parsing on a modern Plex server and should appear on any supported device for playback. Oh, and I also converted to and added Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 surround audio for compatibility to all episodes. Bonus SRT subtitles were added for Seasons 01-03 only, based on present availability (thanks FraMeSToR!). This is dedicated to all those who remember to be kind!
