38-year-old Junichi Tanaka (Masaki AIBA) runs a farming business by himself in a rural town at the foot of the mountains, when one day, he ends up having to take care of his ten-year-old son Kazuya, who had been living with his mother after Junichi's divorce. Right around the time when Kazuya comes to his house, supernatural phenomena start tormenting the family-strange sounds, a murder of crows, flashing lightbulbs, and the feeling of someone's presence. Meanwhile, mysterious deaths and disappearances start to occur in the forest, where Junichi eventually witnesses "IT"-something that is clearly neither man nor animal. Just what is "IT"?.
