Helen, an OB/gyn doctor, and her family move into a rural setting where a white supremacist family is living next door. Shortly there after the stock market crashes and civil unrest breaks out all across the country, causing riots, looting and lawlessness. Martial law gets declared, and shortly there after the matriarch of the white supremacist family begins to experience complications in her pregnancy.
