Miharu Hino, who has no redeeming qualities, fails his university entrance exams, and for three years without success in job hunting, he spends his days at a convenience store where he is forced to take responsibility for his co-workers' clumsiness. On the third Christmas night, Miharu, who has reached his limit, steals a cake to be discarded like his colleagues, but is scolded by a man in a black Santa suit. Miharu, who was told he was a "bad boy", was kidnapped and found himself at the Arctic Company, the home of Santa Claus. Miharu is perplexed by the strange environment in which there is only a black Santa even though it is Santa's home base, and it is a company.
