Following his involvement in a scam, a corrupt politician, Ganga Ram Chaudhary, is sent to judicial custody. In the jail, Chaudhary is shown his place by an uncompromising cop, who challenges and motivates him to complete his 10th grade while being behind bars. As Chaudhary struggles to come to terms with the syllabus of the 10th class, his wife, on the other hand, is finding it hard to let go of the CM chair once she assumed control of it after her husband's arrest.
