According to the official changelog, Windows 11 Insider Preview Quality Update (29553) doesn’t introduce new features or fixes, but it ships with a new version of the Feedback Hub app. In this updated version of the app, feedback submission is now simpler thanks to a single unified template, complete with category search and a modernized form designed for faster iteration and future improvements. Also, navigation has been streamlined. For example, My Feedback now appears directly in the navigation pane, while Community feedback makes it easier to discover and engage with others’ submissions. The Announcements page has been removed to keep the focus on giving and exploring feedback, though announcements remain available on the Windows Insider Blog. A new compliment feedback type lets you highlight what’s working well, and you can now choose whether your feedback is private or visible to the community.
