Jordan meets Echo Marie, who lives in a tunnel just four feet high. In a city that has made living on the street a crime, and having been moved by police from one neighbourhood to another, Echo says a tunnel is the safest place to live. However, life underground is still risky - some tunnels are drug ridden, while all those underground risk being washed away by the rain.
