Then I... - Used a nonlinear video editor: in episode 1 to fuzz out English "FUCK YOU" sign at the 25:21 and 25:42 marks in episode 8 to remove a minor lesbian plotline at the 19:45 and 33:39 marks - Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix all flagged issues - Added 0.7 second to each subtitle (where possible) to allow more time to read them and adjusted words/minute to at least 280 - "Softened" all subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> witch etc.) - Corrected commonly-found typos, converted many word pairs into common English contractions, and brought together sentence fragments - Converted the horrible ALL CAPS subtitles found in Netflix shows to salmon or yellow according to their type - Used Handbrake to create new MKV files using my subtitles, trimming off the insanely-irritating Netflix splash logos at the start, and ending the videos where the lengthy end credits start (except the last episode) "Profanity is the parlance of the fool.
