I haven't found a way to enable ESU to integrate update KB5071546 (updates Windows to version 19045.6691.
So I "fooled" the installation of Windows ESU enabled as follows
* First, install version 19045.6466 (this ISO file) *
Important: upon first boot, connect to the internet.
- The Windows activation might display a message. If it does, exit the script when done
- The ESU script will run silently
- Check for Updates - The message "Your version has reached the end of support" will show up, ignore and check for updates
- Windows will download/install Defender updates + Cumulative Update KB5071546 (1GB) and a small KB4023057 (Update Health Tools)
- Reboot
* You are now on version 19045.6691 ESU enabled *
- Check for updates again, the message has gone, update defender stuff
