All'inizio della terza serata si sono esibiti i due finalisti della sezione Nuove proposte. Le esibizioni sono state votate dalla giuria della sala stampa, TV e Web (33%), dalla giuria delle radio (33%) e dal pubblico a casa tramite televoto (34%). Di seguito si sono esibiti i restanti quindici dei trenta Campioni con il proprio brano, votati dalla giuria delle radio (50%) e dal pubblico a casa tramite televoto (50%).
