Synopsis :
Sometimes tall fences make better neighbors, but in the Penthouse realm hot neighbors make everything best! These hot neighbors include Claudia Bavel, Nata Ocean, Kama Oxi, and Lea Guerlin and they all love a nice stiff dick!

Scene 1: Matthew (Meier) meets his new neighbor, Claudia (Bavel). She's beautiful and he wastes no time asking her for a date. She agrees, after she has a "hot" shower! He soon discovers how lucky he is to have such a hot neighbor as Claudia!

Scene 2: Nata (Ocean) meets her French neighbor, Lorenzo (Viota), when he helps her with her suitcase. She's intrigued by his charms and invites him back for coffee once she freshens up! He's soon served coffee with a tart Nata!

Scene 3: Josh meets his beautiful upstairs neighbor Kama (Oxi) when her shower starts leaking into his apartment. He offers her coffee, but this girl is looking for more of what she was doing in the shower and it was a hot one!

Scene 4: Lorenzo (Viota) is moving into his new home when his neighbor, Lea (Guerlin), comes over to introduce herself. Once they discover both are single Lorenzo jokes that she can become his girlfriend and Lea jumps right into the role!
